ACAPULCO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. onions
1 c. celery
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. chili powder
15 oz. can kidney beans
16 oz. can creamed corn
8 oz. can tomato sauce
6 tortillas
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Chopped olive

Brown meat and drain. Add remaining ingredients except cheese and tortillas. Cook and stir 3 minutes. Put a tortilla in casserole, top with 1 cup sauce, then another tortilla. Alternate layers. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes uncovered. Top with chopped olives.
