MUFFIN MIX 
15 oz. Raisin Bran (or Fruit 'n Fiber)
3 c. sugar
1 qt. buttermilk
5 tsp. baking soda
1 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
5 c. flour
2 tsp. salt

Optional: Nuts, raisins, pie filling, applesauce, etc.

Mix dry ingredients into very large bowl. Add eggs, oil and buttermilk. Add any optional ingredients you want. Bake in greased muffin pan at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Batter can be stored in refrigerator up to 6 weeks.
