CHILLED AVOCADO SOUP 
3 ripe avocados, mashed
4 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
3 tbsp. dry sherry
1 c. sour cream
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 c. minced fresh chives

Mix avocados, broth, lemon juice, salt, peppers and sherry in blender. Blend at low speed until well blended. Chill for at least two hours. Serve in chilled bowls, garnished with chives and bacon.

Note: The recipe must be made in a blender in 2 batches as the entire recipe is too large to fill a blender container.
