SAUSAGE BEEF CASSEROLE 
6 sweet Italian sausages
1 lb. stew beef
1 lg. onion
2 cloves garlic
2 green peppers, cut in 1/8's
4 med. potatoes, cut in 1/4's
2 cans kidney beans
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in 1 c. water

Brown sausages and cut in thirds. Place them in a 3 quart casserole. Brown beef and add to sausage. Cook sliced onion and garlic. Add peppers and cook 1 minute. Add these to the casserole.

Add the potatoes and beans, then sprinkle with seasonings and mix. Pour in bouillon, cover and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Delicious served with crusty Italian bread and tossed salad!
