BEEF SAUSAGE 
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. onion powder
3 tbsp. Morton's Tender Quick (coarse salt)
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
2 tbsp. peppercorns
1 c. water
3 lb. lean ground meat

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate 24 hours. Divide and wrap in 3 packages of foil. Poke holes in bottom of the roll. Place on broiler-type pan. Bake 90 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool. Rewrap rolls and refrigerate. Freeze, if desired.
