BEEF SAUSAGE 
2 lbs. ground chuck or ground round
1 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. Liquid Smoke
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3 tbsp. Tender Quick

Mix all ingredients well. Roll into two long sticks. Wrap in foil. Allow to stand in refrigerator for 36 hours. Place foiled rolls on top of a rack in a 13x9 pan.

Bake at 325°F for one hour in oven.
