Lutefisk
Sa lted water
Salt, to taste
Butter

Remove any bones or skin on lutefisk. Cut fish into serving pieces. Soak overnight in salted water. Take directly out of water (do not rinse) and place on aluminum foil. Season with salt and butter, then wrap in foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serve lutefisk with melted butter and boiled potatoes, if desired.
