2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 anchovy fillets, crushed
1 tsp. Grey Poupon mustard
1/2 fresh lemon (squeeze in)
4 tbsp. olive oil
Splash of Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 egg yolk
1 med. head Romaine
Salad croutons

Mix in this order, add Romaine and salad croutons. Toss. Top with additional cheese and fresh ground pepper.
