CHRISTY'S GRILLED POTATOES | |
2 lb. potatoes, diced onion, diced garlic, dived red, yellow and green peppers, diced 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, cut into pats salt and black pepper, to taste aluminum foil Wash 2 pounds potatoes and diced. Spray non-stick cooking spray (Pam) on a 9x13-inch foil pan. Dice the onion and garlic and add to pan with the potatoes. Clean and dice peppers and add to pan. Cut butter and add to top of pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with foil. Put on grill. Wait 15 minutes and stir vegetables. Replace foil and cook for another 15 minutes. Then check. If potatoes are tender its done. Oven Variation: For oven, bake at 375°F for 45 minutes. Submitted by: Christy |
