BAKED PORK CHOPS IN WINE 
4 to 6 pork chops
1/2 c. apple jelly
1 c. white wine or dry vermouth

Brown chops, sprinkle with salt and pepper and place in a covered casserole dish. Combine wine and jelly, pour over pork chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours (according to pork chops).
