9 inch baked pie shell
1/2 lb. hamburger
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) grated cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 tsp. ground oregano

Brown hamburger and onion. Drain. In medium bowl, beat together milk, mayonnaise and seasonings. Stir in beaten eggs. Add 1 cup cheese and ground beef/onion mixture. Pour into baked pie shell in glass pie plate. Cook 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Then sprinkle on remaining cheese.
