CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 (9") unbaked pie shell, pricked
8 slices cheese
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
3 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. flour

Bake pastry shell at 425 degrees for 8 minutes. Remove from oven. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Cut 6 slices cheese into pieces. In skillet, brown meat; pour off fat. Stir in tomato sauce, pepper and onion.

Remove from heat; stir in eggs, flour and cheese pieces. Turn into prepared shell. Bake 20 minutes or until hot. Top with remaining cheese and bake 30 minutes longer.
