CHEESEBURGER PIE II 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. green pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. onion, chopped
3/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
2 c. grated mild cheese
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 tbsp. Crisco
1/2 c. chili sauce

Cook beef in Crisco until brown. Stir in oregano, salt, pepper, onion, and green pepper. Cook until tender. If there is too much fat, drain it off. Add bread crumbs and tomato sauce. Press mixture in pie shell. Blend together cheese, egg, milk, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over beef mixture and bake. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 30 minutes.
