CHEESEBURGER QUICHE 
1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
1/2 lb. pork sausage
4 eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
9 inch pie shell
1 med. onion, chopped

Brown beef and sausage together and drain off excess fat. Pour into pie shell. Spread chopped onion over meat, topping with cheese. Beat together eggs, milk and mayonnaise. Pour over pie, filling pie shell full. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. Bake in preheated oven at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown. Slice and eat when cool.
