DEEP DISH CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 (9-inch) pie shell
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 to 1 1/2 garlic cloves
1 lg. chopped onion
1 sm. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. herb stuffing mix
1 1/2 c. Marinara sauce
3/4 c. shredded cheese (sharp)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown meat with onion, garlic and green pepper until cooked. Drain fat. Stir in stuffing mix and Marinara sauce. Place mixture in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Place pie shell on top of meat filling, fitting it loosely on top and sealing the edges. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
