DEEP DISH PIZZA PIE 
1 pie shell, baked 6 to 8 minutes
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
4 slices processed cheese
3/4 c. onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown meat and onion. Drain. Add Cheddar cheese, meat, milk, and spices to eggs. Mix. Spoon into pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until filling is set. Pour on 8 ounce pizza sauce then shredded Mozzarella cheese and 4 slices processed cheese (cut into 1 inch strips) and arrange on pizza. Brown in oven.
