DEEP DISH PIZZA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. oregano
1 egg
8 slices American cheese
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Cook and stir ground beef until brown; drain. Mix in 1 can tomato sauce and the oregano; simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir baking mix, egg and milk to a soft dough. Spread dough in greased 9x9x2 inch pan.

Pour remaining can of tomato sauce over dough, spread evenly. Layer 4 slices American cheese, meat mixture, remaining American cheese and Mozzarella cheese. Bake 20-25 minutes. 4-6 servings.
