ONE DISH LASAGNA PIE 
1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. ground beef, cooked & drained
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1 can tomato paste
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c. milk
2/3 c. Bisquick
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10 inch pie plate. Layer cottage and Parmesan cheeses in plate. Mix beef, herbs, paste and 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese. Spoon on top of cheeses. Beat milk, baking mix, eggs, salt and pepper for one minute. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean (30 to 35 minutes). Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella. Yield: 6 servings.
