ZUCCHINI HOT DISH 
4 c. sliced zucchini
1 c. diced onion
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
2 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 pkg. biscuits
Mustard
1 c. shredded cheese
2 eggs

Line 8 x 8 inch pan with rolls up sides. Saute zucchini and onion in butter. Add spices to zucchini. Layer zucchini and cheese on biscuits. Beat eggs and pour on top. Bake at 350 degrees until biscuits brown.
