EGG ROLLS 
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 lb. pork sausage
3 tsp. Five Spice
3 tsp. sesame oil
3 tsp. cornstarch
6 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. sugar
3 cloves garlic, diced
1 sm. cabbage, shredded
6-8 med. sized carrots, shredded

Brown sausage, add seasonings and shredded vegetables. Cook until vegetables are heated and slightly wilted. Wrap in Egg Roll Skins and deep fry until golden brown. Serve with Sweet and Sour Sauce. Makes about 24 egg rolls. Directions for wrapping egg rolls can be found on the package.

My family likes my egg rolls better than then ones at our favorite Chinese restaurant. I didn't realize how much I do cook from sight, smell and taste until I tried to describe this recipe. This should be close, but I don't really measure.
