FOOLPROOF PIE CRUST 
4 C flour
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1 3/4 C shortening (use only shortening)
1/2 C water
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 large egg

In large bowl stir with fork the flour, sugar and salt. Cut in shortening until crumbly. In small bowl beat together water, vinegar and egg. Add to flour mixture and stir until all ingredients are moistened. Chill 1/2 hour.

Makes 2 double crusts and 1 single crust. Can be frozen. Do not grease pans.
