TUNA LEMON SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 can tuna fish, flaked
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. pimento cheese
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. half & half
3 c. diced celery
1 c. walnuts, chopped fine

Dissolve Jello in boiling water, cool and add rest of ingredients. Place in 7x11 inch pan.
