GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 (#2) can French style green beans
1 (#2) can English peas
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 sm. jar pimentos
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Drain all vegetables. Mix all ingredients well and pour into a casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle one can of French fried onion rings on top and return to oven for an additional 5 to 10 minutes longer.
