SCALLOPED SALMON 
Crackers, saltine
1 egg
Sm. onion
Milk, enough to moisten
1 lg. can pink salmon

Grease an oven proof bowl. In separate bowl mix 1/2 cup milk, 6 crackers, 1 egg and cut up onion small. Open salmon separate large bones and discard. Mix all ingredients together and put in casserole dish. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top. Bake for 1 hour or until brown on top, 350 degree oven.
