RICE CRISPY COOKIES | |
3 c. Rice Krispies 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. light Karo syrup 1/2 c. peanut butter 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels Melt Karo syrup and sugar in a medium saucepan. Blend in peanut butter and add Rice Krispies, stirring constantly. Press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt 6 ounces chocolate chips and 6 ounces butterscotch morsels over low heat, stirring constantly. (I melt in the microwave.) Pour over Rice Krispie mixture. |
