FRUIT PIZZA | |
1 c. sweetened condensed milk 1/2 c. sour cream 1/4 c. lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. butter 1/4 c. brown sugar 1 c. flour 1/4 c. oatmeal 1/4 c. nuts, chopped Assortment of fruits Mix and chill 1st 4 ingredients. Whip together butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Blend in flour, oatmeal and nuts. Press into oiled pizza pan. Prick with fork. Bake at 375 degrees about 10 minutes or until golden. Cool and spread with sour cream mixture. Design with kiwi, grapes, strawberries, etc. May want to use only 1/2 of the sour cream mixture as it is very rich. |
