1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. flavored pepper
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. flavored Adolph's tenderizer
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp.honey
Cut up chicken pieces of your choice

Mix all dry ingredients well. Roll dry chicken pieces in the dry ingredients. Mix eggs, milk and honey well. Dip chicken pieces in egg wash, then coat again in dry mix.

Use pressure cooker. Brown chicken in 1 1/2 inches hot oil. On medium heat, cook in pressure cooker for 15 minutes after jiggler "jiggles".
