FRIED RICE 
1 lb. stew meat
1 c. carrots
1 c. bell pepper
2 c. cabbage
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
2 eggs
1 sm. bottle soy sauce

In a big pot, brown cut up stew meat. Add some soy sauce. Add carrots and some more soy sauce and cook about 5 minutes. Do not let it get dry. Add bell pepper and soy sauce, cook 5 minutes. Add cabbage and soy sauce and cook 10 minutes. Then add cooked rice and mix. Mix in eggs and cook until eggs are done. Soy sauce is salty so just add pepper to your taste.
