1 1/2 lbs. to 2 lbs. of your favorite meat 1 (1 lb.) bag frozen vegetables (fresh are better when in season) your choice of mixture 1 can LaChoy Chinese vegetables 1 head cabbage, shredded Soy sauce to taste Cooked white rice, 4 to 6 servings In a skillet brown meat in soy sauce. In a separate pot begin to steam cabbage (all vegetables if fresh). When vegetables are just about done add meat and canned vegetables to steamed vegetables. Mix together well. Serve over rice. |
