OATMEAL PANCAKES 
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. oatmeal
1 2/3 c. milk
1 egg

Beat all ingredients with wire whisk or hand beater until smooth. Pour by scant 1/4 cup onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn, cook until golden brown. Makes 18 (4 inch) pancakes.

CHOLESTEROL FREE: substitute skim milk and 2 egg whites or 1/4 cup cholesterol free egg product.
