DEACON'S EYE OF ROUND | |
1 eye of round roast Meat tenderizer A-1 steak sauce Remove all tendons and casings from roast. Puncture roast all over with a meat fork. Rub in meat tenderizer. Place on rack in pan. Pour a little water in pan to keep smoke down. Pour A-1 over roast. Cook at 500 degrees for 45 minutes. |
