BARBECUE RIBS 
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. vinegar
2-4 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. ketchup
1/2-1 c. water
3 tbsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Dash pepper
Ribs

Cook onion in butter until onion is clear. Add remaining ingredients except ribs. Simmer 20-30 minutes. Pour over raw ribs. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Add small amount of water if necessary. Uncover during last half to brown ribs.
