TEA BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. milk

Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in shortening with pastry blender. Add milk and stir. Flatten on floured surface and cut with biscuit cutter or rim of a glass. Place on greased pan. Brush tops with milk and bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 6 to 8.
