SHRIMP CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. sliced mushrooms 2 tbsp. butter 1 to 1 1/2 lb. cleaned and cooked shrimp, or use imitation crab as an economical substitute 1 1/2 c. cooked rice 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar 1/2 c. evaporated milk 3 tbsp. ketchup 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Saute mushrooms in butter while rice is cooking according to package directions. Mix all ingredients together and place in a large greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden. 6-8 servings. |
