KATHY'S LOBSTER AND CABBAGE 
A great way to ensure the lobster tails are nice and juicy.

lobster tails
cabbage leaves
lemon juice (optional)
tooth picks

Butterfly the lobster tail and add a pat of butter in the crack. Sprinkle with lemon juice (if desired) and wrap the tail in cabbage leaves securing with tooth picks.

Grill or put in 425°F oven for about 20 minutes.
