BARBECUED SPARERIBS 
Bake 2 or 3 pounds of spareribs for 30 minutes at 450 degrees (15 minutes on each side). Pour off grease and add sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Baste every 10-15 minutes. If sauce gets thick, add 1/2 cup to 1 cup water.

SAUCE:

1 c. sliced onion
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. light brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika

Use baking dish or broiler pan.
