BARBECUE SPARERIBS 
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
4 tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 clove garlic, minced

Mix well above ingredients. Three or four pounds of spareribs, cut in serving pieces, slice dry onion on each rib, pour over sauce and bake in oven covered. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until fork tender.
