CHICKEN VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 c. chicken (or turkey)
1 can sliced water chestnuts (drained)
1 sm. can mushroom pieces (drained)
2 cans soup (1 cream of chicken and 1 cream of mushroom)
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower)
Onion to taste
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Take out of oven; stir and top with 1 cup of sliced almonds or chow mein noodles. Bake 15 minutes more.
