CHINESE PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. round steak
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp. onion, cut up
Sprinkle of garlic salt
2 green peppers, sliced
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. beef bouillon or 1 c. boiling water & 1 bouillon cube
2 tbsp. cornstarch
4 tbsp. water
1 tsp. soy sauce
Boiled rice

Cut steak in 1/8 inch slivers and brown in oil in a fry pan or electric skillet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then add chopped onion, garlic salt, green peppers and celery. Add bouillon broth; cover pan tightly and cook over medium heat until meat and vegetables are tender.

Blend together cornstarch, water and soy sauce; add to meat and vegetables. Cook until it thickens, stirring constantly. Serve over hot rice. Serves 4.
