BLACKBERRY JAM | |
Mash berries and heat thoroughly. Press through sieve to remove seeds. Measure and add one cup sugar for each pint of berries. Cook rapidly until thick, stirring frequently. Pour into clean hot jars and seal. One quart fruit makes 2 1/2 cups of jam. |
