BREADED GROUPER FILLETS 
1/2 c. nutlike cereal nuggets
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. dried whole rosemary
1/4 tsp. salt
2 (4 oz.) grouper fillets
1/3 c. low-fat plain yogurt
Lemon slices, optional

Combine first 4 ingredients in a shallow dish; mix well. Brush fillets with yogurt on all sides; coat with cereal mixture. Place fillets in a 9 inch pie plate. Microwave at high 1 1/2 minutes; give dish a half turn. Microwave an additional 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Let stand 5 minutes. Garnish fillets with lemon slices, if desired. Yield 2 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
