PORK FRIED RICE 
3 c. instant rice
2 to 3 oz. pork chops
3 eggs
3 bunches green onions
1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts
Soy Sauce

Make instant rice according to the box instructions. Fry the pork chops, cut in small pieces, and set aside. Drain the pork grease and save. Scramble the eggs in the pan where the pork chops were fried. Chop the green onions and wash and drain the bean sprouts. In a large pan or wok add a small amount of pork grease, heat, then add all ingredients except the onions and bean sprouts and cook thoroughly. Add soy sauce to taste, then add the onions and bean sprouts. Serve immediately. Yields 6 servings.
