1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. chopped onion
4 eggs
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. ketchup
Dash of Worcestershire
1 tbsp. garlic powder
Mozzarella cheese

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Place in loaf pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes or until crisp edges form. Cool 5 minutes in pan, then slice and serve with Mozzarella sprinkled over top.
