ZESTY VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 lb. Italian sausage, cut in bite-size pieces
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 tsp. garlic salt
Chicken bouillon
2 sm. cans tomato paste
1 green pepper, diced
2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper
5 lg. carrots, diced
5 lg. potatoes, cubed
3 c. green beans, cut up

Start vegetables boiling in 2 cups of water. Add remaining ingredients.
