ICE CREAM 
8 eggs, beat well
3 c. sugar
1 qt. cream (I use 1/2 cream & 1/2 half and half)
5 tbsp. cornstarch (beat good)

Cook in double boiler until mixture starts to thicken. Then cool. Add to ice cream freezer milk to 2" to fill. Add 6 tablespoons of vanilla or any other flavoring. Use 6 parts ice to 1 part salt around the ice cream freezer.
