OREO COOKIES 
1 box chocolate cake mix
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. oil
1/2 can of canned icing

Mix first 3 ingredients with fork until dry mix is gone. Roll into small balls, but do not flatten.

Bake 5-6 minutes on 350 degrees.

Cool completely, then ice centers. Refrigerate to get icing to set. Store in tight container. I leave in the refrigerator. Can be frozen.

For Lemon: Use yellow cake mix and 1 teaspoon of lemon extract.
