BAKED SQUASH 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen acorn squash
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Cinnamon to taste

Place squash in baking dish, sprinkle top with pepper, salt, sugar substitute and cinnamon. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour. Yield: 4 servings.
