PAN BURRITOS 
9x13 metal baking pan
2 lbs. ground beef
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
2 pkgs. enchilada sauce mix
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans (warmed, so they spread)
1 pkg. lg. flour tortillas (approx. 10)
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. shredded Cheddar or Colby cheese
Garlic powder - salt - pepper

Brown beef and drain. Mix tomato paste and enchilada sauce mix according to directions on back of mix package. Add 1/2 enchilada sauce to beef and simmer 15-20 minutes.

Spray or grease pan. Spread 1/2 of remaining enchilada sauce on bottom of pan. Lay 3 tortillas on top (tear to fit pan). Spoon 1/2 meat on top of tortillas and 1/3 cheese over the meat. Add another layer of tortillas.

Then spread on beans. Add rest of meat on beans and add another 1/3 cheese, 1 more layer of tortillas. Pour remaining enchilada sauce on top and 1/3 cheese.

Bake 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand for 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped lettuce, tomato, sour cream and hot sauce.
