PARTY CRAB CASSEROLE 
1 (7 1/2 oz.) flaked crab meat
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Dash cayenne
1 (8 oz.) water chestnuts, sliced and drained
1 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
Parsley

Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup bread crumbs, butter and parsley. Turn mixture into casserole and top with remaining crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Garnish with parsley. Very rich! Serves 8.
