1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 can refried beans
1 can nacho cheese soup
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. black pitted olives, sliced
1 c. sour cream
2 green onions, minced
Round corn tortilla chips

In microwave-safe 2 quart casserole, cook meat on high 5 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Drain fat. Put meat into bowl. Add taco seasoning mix, stir.

In bottom of microwave tray, spread beans, cover with beef mixture. Pour soup over meat to within 1 inch of edge. Sprinkle with cheese, then olives. Cook on high 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Place sour cream over cheese at one side of tray. Sprinkle green onions over sour cream. Arrange tortilla chips around edge of tray.
